Purpose?
2. Do you believe that marriage is a contract?
Why or Why not?
3. Who do you think originated the idea of marriage? You might want to consult the ultimate marriage manual, the bible, in
Genesis 2:18-25
for the answers.
4. List 8 ways you believe that you are
different from your fiance.
5. List 8 ways you believe that you are
similar to your fiance?
6. List 8 expectations you will have for your
future spouse. These can be as simple as, "I expect my husband to go shopping with me
each week," or "I expect to have sex 4 times
a day."
7. Write three goals you have for your marriage
and share them with one another.
8. Did you know that communication is 7% content,
38% tone and 55% non-verbal? Take a moment
and discuss how this affects your marriage.
9. List 3 causes of conflict in your current
relationship.
10. The success of your marriage is directly a
attributable to how you resolve conflict. How
are you doing in this area? Perhaps we can be
a resource for that help!
